She was leader of the 2012 "Fierce Five" as well as the"Fierce Five," and the 2016 "Final Five," U.S. women's Olympic gymnastics team. She took home a team gold medal during the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Gabby Douglas and Raisman are the only Americans to have two consecutive gold medals in this event. Raisman also took home silver in the individual all-around and for floor exercise. Raisman was awarded silver medals in the all-around for the individual as well as the floor exercise. She is also two-time champion of the national championships in floor exercises (2012 and 2015), and the champion of the national team in balance beam in the year 2012. She is also a five-time medalist at the all-around national championships (silver and bronze in 2010 2011, 2012, and 2012 and). In 2013, she was inducted into the International Jewish Sports Hall of Fame.
